Refunds & cancellation

We keep Recast’s pricing simple and low by keeping purchases final. The Free plan (25 credits every month, no card needed) is there so you can try Recast properly before you pay. Here’s exactly how it works.
All purchases are final
Once a plan or credit pack is purchased, the payment is non-refundable. This applies to subscriptions (monthly or yearly), renewals, and credit packs, whether or not the credits have been used. Please try Recast on the Free plan first, and upgrade when you’re sure it fits the way you build.
Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel your Pro or Studio plan at any time, with no cancellation fee.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- We won’t charge you again after you cancel.
Failed generations
If a prompt fails to generate because of an error on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Billing errors
If you’re ever charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, that’s our mistake to fix: email us with the date of the charge and we’ll correct it.
